camp's finally over after the whole long month wait ever since the school holidays started. wont really go into detail considering that so much happened in the camp. pls refer to amanda tan's blog for a not so summarised version of the camp (:

so first day. first thign in the morning jungle survival, rained so the contingency plan was activated. and then i realised most of the campers were super sian cos jungle survival was super practical, considering that they were not able to see the shit hoels and water purification holes we dugged the day before. waste our effort ): anyway after lunch, it was topography. realised i didnt bring the puzzle for 1 of the stations so i paniced like fvck. sooo after like 2 mins, junwee gave me the smartest idea, ora rather he said something that was super brilliant for a person like him to say it. soooo i called my mum to bring the jigsaw from my home to the stationmasters in clementi stadium (:. its good to live near your school sometimes (: so after topo, which i think it was quite fun cos its planned by yours truly, it was dinner. after dinner was campfire preparations while the station masters prepared the stations for nightwalk. i personally was one so i walked up with yonghui to the 5th floor and set up my station, was uber dark at that time and by the time it started it was around 8. oh yea and before that the whole nco squad except me amandaang,amandatan,chaohsien went to pray to please the spirits cos our nightwalk will supposedly disturb the unrest spirits of nanhua somehow :X. anyway whole night walk didnt see any spooky stuff so i guess nanhuas pretty much fine.

2nd day. pt in the morning. after that was breakfast. then it was rope obstacles. whole nco squad woke up at 5 in the morning after the long debrief which ended at 2.50 to set up and secure the rope obstacles. after rope obstacles was lunch and then games. the games were not very good as it suddenly started to rain and the not-so-prepared contingency plan was activated :X. so after some hussle and fussle my station managed to sort of jump back to the normal-condition with the dear help of jerome tan jie min. i think without him my game station gg. after games was drilsl but i went to the command post and slack cos i cut my finger with the swiss army knife (:

slacked for like 2 hours before going off for OUR PACKET DINNER. chicken drumsticks with potato sliced in gravy and vege. man i think for all the 3 years of npcc annual camps this was the best packet dinner ever. and yea we got to wear our new 1337-looking nco shirt finally but realised not very good quality but heck lol. so then it was campfire. actually the campfire wasnt bad in my opinion. at least the cadets sang. oh yea and the fire was changed to a new location which was at the sidegate. the starting was also changed.mrs lee dropped/slided a ball down from the 3rd floor to land onto the firewood and poof the fire started. although it didnt directly land on the fire but nonetheless after some minor adjustments the fire started (: ahhh my group's performance not bad, pretty happy. they sang much better than their previous practices.

so after campfire the cadets went to play some pass-the-biscuits-with-your-various-body-parts game 'invented' by the CIs. then after that debrief started at 11 and went on all the way to 2. slept the around like 4pm suddenly got fire drill which we NCOs werent even aware of. so yea got scolded abit. then after everyoen gathered, while the cadets were being scolded, we NCOs were playign a guess-yr-squad-mates birthday game -.-. lol evil, then in the end m'am jiaqi said she was trying to pump us but we knew our squadmates too well lol.wahahahaha

so day 3. pt was taekwando with GUOXIAN LOL. FRONT KICK, TURNING KICK. HORSE STANCE WITH KELVIN TAY.HAHAHAHA. funny. oh yea then i somehow became freaking kiasu cos i began recording down every single detail of activities e.g. exact starting and ending time of activites cos i didnt want to risk anything for soclding of CIs (: so after pt i went to slack by joining in the untying of our the robe obstacles that we spent so much effort tying. so me chaohsien kelvinteo and junwee slacked/chit chat and untied the robe obstacles cos we had like 2 hours to untie lol. i even had time to sleep for like 15mins loool. didnt sleep for long cos i didnt want to be caught slacking. so after that went to help the cadets in area cleaning. so we managed to finish the cleaning by 10.45 and as promised sir sunny gave each group a semi-frozen can of pineapples and a cold apple. the semi-frozen pineapple is dam nice but i only got to try 1.

so after that prize presentation thingy. i won caringest nco :D hahaha had this packet of twisties cos siyi won the female side of the most caring nco. so ti took 2 the rest i share with the squad. then debrief for like 20mins which was super uber short, then played soccer/bathed/slept for awhile before heading off to eat mcspicy extra value meal upsied with shaker fries and medium sized green tea.

slept from 4 until this morning 7.25 and i went to maple. (: omg this post seems rather long.

ahhhh tmr's finally the camp. after this and i'll be free from most np stuffs (:

today's camp preparations, gaaa so slack. fall in at like 10.05, and amazingly jason and yonghui came. kewl.

rained half way while we were digging holes in soil for water purification and the shit hole. yes its literally called the shit hole, basically for you to shit in when you're stuck in the jungle. so we had to stop, the after raining when its on wet and muddy, me junwee joeshua and kelvin teo and kelvin tay choinged those 2 holes. all of us went barefooted except kelvin tay. after that washed legs and slacked for like 15 misn in toilet washing shirt/hair cos i had mud all over body, including my pants. played with shaoan's water bombs lol.

realsied i wont be alone for nightwalk anymore,yonghui's joining me. :D :D :D wooo then in the end turned out we didnt managed to have time to tie finish the rope obstacles, would most prob be tying them up tmr morning or tmr night after debrief at 1am+ -.-. tmr falling in at 6.30 T.T

so open house is finally over. after all the toilsome training for through the whole week, 8-1, its overrrr.

ahhhh but then quite sadddening that this great drill display is over ): probably the last display i'll ever do, as in literalyl until i reach army,maybe there got chance to perform a drill display, but thats definitely a totally different story. next year's cca extravaganza, totally got owned by some ATF at good ol' pulau ubin again >_>. oh man and i thought i was never gonan go back to that loathesome island any more >_> but the bike rental rates totally rock much mroe than those in main land singapore. ok dono whether this is a repeated complaint of ATF cant rmb whether i've complained about ubin on the previous posts.heck.

so anyway about today's performance, didnt really turn out well in my opinion. i mean im not saying it sucks but somehow i think our performance sucked. ok my sentence contradicts itself somehow >_>. so anyway yea, maybe cos we didnt have some ncie music going along with our performance, and the rest of the ccas had cool music, ok maybe not cool, but at least they had something to go along with their performance. furthermore our preformance wasnt a fancy drill performance, it was a normal drill display, and its far from the precision drill standard o_0. think next year's cca extravaganza is a fancy drill performance, hope can perform :X

to sum up this year's open house, its quite empty as usual, and 3/4 of the people walking around the school are teachers/students of the school., performances by other ccas were fairly well done i think, ncc's precision dropped ): sjab still the most entertaining lol. kendric slides through the obstacles dam pro-ly lololol. even better than cherngyew la! HA!

today's np wasnt really tiring but considering that i've nvr done drills 7 hours in a row before, i'll definitely consider today's open house practice tiring.

woke up at 6, and prepared my half-u,polishing my boots with water cos of the few dust particles which has accumulated on my boots and set off after eating my egg burger breakfast.
sky looked as if it was gonna rain, but the dark tumultous clouds cleared away soonafter i arrived in school.

played abit of basketball,changed into half-u and prepared myself for the long day ahead. ahhh drilled all the way to 12.09 exactly and had lunch all the way till lunch.
today's canteen food aint bad. ordered mini cheese-dogs, 'popcorn' chicken, eggs with peas. quenched myself with a lemon barley. stared at zishuo playing abc with another sec1 bballer then after at 1 we continued again.

chowler they all were like marching in front of s when we were practicing.heng inspectors never see if not sure something unecessary happen. rained started to gradually pour and we all evacuated from the light drizzle because miss bun/ban however u spell it complained that lightning alert all of us had to be indoors. what about the people in the courts yea? >_> so we pushed away all the tables and chair on the right side of the canteen and did some formation practice, thought i think its still rather messy, but at the end i somehow still think, we are still pretty much clueless on whats going on, so its all up to the commander to save us :o.

anyway wanted to go queensway after np, but after being dismissed 1 hour 13 mins later than expected, in the end me eddie and kailun decided to head for central and eat some fishball noodles which doesnt require oen to pay extra for adding noodles.cool. but i chose to eat the mini bowl laksa of only $1.50 and ordered a zapple, which tasted really weird somehow :o

ok so anyway woke up at 8.30 to go to school to take topography bearings. met amandatan, kjw in school to take the bearings from school to toher places. shant elaborate much in case some junior come to my blog :D. oh yea got the key from mr liu gong kai, got the compasses, returned him the key and after that realised i didnt switch off the lights -.-. lucky amandatan tell me if not i wouldnt even know. so anyway people dont copy what i did. i was lazy to take the key so i just stretched my hand in and switched of the overall power switch in the control box or whatever you call it which was reachable. paiseh lol. so after sir edwin and sir jiahao came, we set off!

so walked around clementi taking bearings with my more than a4 size clementi map from xenia :D walked around, completed the 2nd last checkpoint, but after that realised we overshot 1 checkpoint -.- so we had to walk all the way back to the 2nd last checkpoint to take bearings.

so take finish all the bearings, went to 7/11 buy slurpee and realised all np people are super cheapskates. all got 'skill' to feel up the slurpee to uber full -.- cheapskates. but thats the actual way to fill a slurpee la lol. i cant imagine a person just fill one cup full, cap it and pay at the cashier lol. thats downright stupid. :X

so chit chat abit after finding a place to sit down outside macdonals, then found out 41 people going to camp :X thats like so little -.- gaaa heck. not my problem :P

you knwo sometimes, i really feel theres a need to realyl really sit down, and think really really think about all the stuff that you're doing now, and what will happen thereafter. i mean i bet most of us now are enjoying life, and seriously if you're not, SAD. but anyway the stuff we do now, im like repeating this, but do we realyl really think what will happen? i mean dam, i have to say alot of my actions are rash and i normally dont really care about the people around me, i mean not that i dont but i just couldnt be bothered. something must really really strike me if i were to like 'pay attention to someone else's actions'. but sadly that doesnt always happen.

so whats really the MAIN point of all these contemplations, all those think-before-you-leap actions like people always say. and then, i come back yet again to my dear old friend.

anyway coming back to the topic on time screwing us all, yea time did screw us all before and will continue to screw us. ahhh time you nasty little bitch. anyway yea if you said im perfectly happy with time, you're definitely one of a kind i guess. i mean ok lets see for me, some stuff did happen which really really made me super pissed, i wont really elaborate on the not-so-nice stuff, but yea i will elaborate a few. i never got to finish some of my tests.didnt get to polish my boots. didnt get enough sleep.didnt finish my homework. didnt do this didnt do that blahblahblah. but the hell, im not the only one man. that is time. time is i mean, ok i dont know. time is.....time? come to think of it, look at how poorly we managed our good friend 'time' during ORD.

ok although all the bad things our dear friend time caused us. of course time really did help us in some ways. we got enough time to study.we had 'time to have a break'. and because we were born in 'in this time'. i got to meet crazy friends of 205, semi-retarded-yet-sane ones of 304, and man, i love the good parts of my life. but if we were consider my life as a box, the box would be feeled with happiness, but guess what, time drilled some holes in the box and the little happiness fluid is flowing out, draining me till im become an empty lifeless,hollow 'vessel'.

went to clementi mrt. saw zhipeng sitting on the steps playing his psp so went to check out the store at the mrt whether they have any new magic products, but no ):

later on eddie,kailun came from eddie's house and we went back to the store cos kailun wanted to buy maple prepaid :o andand i should really go sell my yugioh cards. kailun traded 10 of his duel master cards for 3 prepaid and he bought one so that means he earned $21.40, since 1 prepaid costs $10.70 after the gst hike -.-

so went off to klin house so yea played playstation as again. played gundamz. we chose all those lousy mobiles and it was dam funny la, cos although the mobiles were lousy, the lousier ones tend to have higher hp than the more power-offensive ones. so must hit the mobile alot of times before killing each other off.then played DBZ. phooo dragonball z so fun. thsi game the hp bar also very long so gotta do alot of finishing move at each other before we could kill each other. hmmm then later played winning 11 then i went to play eddie's psp. went home around 6.

today! woke up at 8. mapled for 45 mins. trained kailun's maple for like 45 mins then went off to school for camp meeting. after camp meeting, continued to stay on at school to play around. wooo i taught chaypioh how to play tong hua on piano rofl. i got music talent XD. and then after that nicholas,kelvintay and kelvinteo,junwee,yanting,huijuan went behidn classroom block to do drills -.- lifeless people >_> then after ncc finished, took their basketball to play basketball while chaypioh went off to crosscountry. then played basketball until like 5 then went home on 96 :o

phooo yesterday was funfunfun.

played maple chiong 30% :D. then went to lot 1 to find weiliat and kailun to check out some gundams. then walked around lot 1 and realised it has changed quite alot since the last time i've been there, which was like maybe around sec1? :o walked around. then kailun saw this paper-guy advertisement and thought it was a real man leaning on the railings lololol.

anyway went to comics connection. they were checking out mainly the gundams while i was checking out everything in the shop. saw some cool bleach keyrings and stuff ,tempted to buy, but ended up buying a lowryn magic booster o_0. i think i got some cool cards.weiliat bought a deck box and kailun bought a pokemon booster. then wen to e-zone. actually we spent quite some time hesitating before going into the arcade, cos at the starting of the arcade was ALOT yes i mean ALOT of neoprints machine, and we felt it was rather gay for 3 guys to step into some neoprint shop if it wasnt an arcade. but in the end we still went in and turned out the ACTUAL arcade was hidden behind the neoprint machines -.-

dumb neoprint machines. screw you. >_> scam people, $9+ for mini-photos >_>

anyway saw some pri 2 guy? he was DRIFTING IN INITIAL D LOL. i think he can own me la in racing games :X thenthen, when we watching him play gang hao that race he lost, then i think the screen dono show what win 9 people out of 10 in a row >_> zomg man, kids nowadays are craziee i tell you o_0 then saw this guy playing this cool guitar game, looks pretty retarded but yea its cool in terms of a music game. went to top up my tapz play time crisis 4. i realised everytime i play that game is waste $$$ one.i keep dying at stage 1 part 2 o_0.

actually planned to go takashimaya after lot 1 to check out even more gundams,but we decided not too cos it was too far. took a bus to presley's house, alighted.

AND WE NEARLY GOT KNOCKED DOWN BY NUMEROUS VEHICLES. if you see 2 traffic lights in a row, pelase notice the one nearer to you before you cross -.-. 3 of us we standing like that:

so we saw traffic light 2 turn green, so we walked. butbutbut, cars started turning towards us into traffic light 1, and i was like diu o_0 then we chionged all the way across traffic light 1 into traffic light 2 which was blinking and WE SURVIVED. walao. i dont want die so early i havent level up enough in maple yet :X so went to see the 2 of them eat lunch in the market below presley house then went up to his house.

stayed there until like 6+. the whole time we were mapling/playing psp/playing ds, while i was using presley's laptop to search for music during the last hour in his house :o. so actually not much to elaborate about all these stuff. and yea we met presley's new dog! i shall give it a name hmmm like ECSTASY. the dog is mega high. it keeps jumping on people. eddie and jingyew super scared, especially eddie HAHAHAHA. eddie i know you'll be able to read this (: so yea ECSTASY was jumping on everyone and presley had to perma grab his collar to control it :o gaaa cant help it, people eat ecstasy will get high de, but when you're ecstasy, wooo you are born high man. lol. crazy doggs XD.

then went to king albert park macdonald. jingyew left us first cos he had to go home ): he one person take bus go home sure emo ): anyway we went in to video ez first cos we wanted to get some prepaid cards, but we thought the shop didnt sell cos they didnt put any on display lol. so we went out of the shop, ate mac, then we went back in again to ask the cashier whether they sold prepaids,which they did and they took it out from some drawer, which made us look like real idiots for stepping in to the shop 2 times-.-. anyway in mac, we talked real alot about random stuff man, soccer ,bb(boys brigade not basketball -.-), height and teachers. yea shant mention who cos we were rather mean XD. so went hoem, bathed, wanted to use the computer but mum said it was too late -.- slept.

zomg im only done with yesterday o_0.

so today, shall make this short.woke up at 7.15 started chioing maple at around 7.35 after finding a map with no one inside, chionged all the way until 1.45 and finally levelled after training 70% :X. then waited for mum to watch finish show then went to queensway to check out some shoes, my mum lemme buy a pair of converse shoes if i get the edusave bursary :D. then wanted to buy a pair of jersey pants but somehow,i couldnt find chowler's switch-side-for-a-different-colour jersey pants lol. :o. mum wanted to go west coast so i went home myself after that :o.
